Here are three exercises — self-guided and for team meetings — that are examples of the follow-on curriculum we provide those who participate in our workshop

Big Os in action...

How does it work?

Grab your team. Set aside a day for our creative training workshop. Each workshop opens with exercises to help your team appreciate the idea that creative practice offers real, measurable improvements in KPIs.

Then your team participates in several creative modules where professional artists teach soft, performance and organizational skills correlated with principals found in creative arts. You might learn figure drawing to improve your skills of empathy, observation and attention to detail. A group dance can teach interpersonal communications. Activating your stretching and balance reflexes will offer insight into how to achieve balance in product development. The creativity of writing a Haiku can make you better at organization and planning.

The workshops kick off the skills. And you leave with a comprehensive creative practices curriculum to implement after you return. A series of surveys are provided to measure the improvements in your team’s performance over the course of the curriculum and creative practice exercises.

Because the data proves: Big Os require practice!
