Job Description
The Role We're looking for an incredible door-to-door salesperson to drive sales for Steward in some of LA's best neighborhoods. You'll knock doors 3 to 5 days a week and sign homeowners up for our monthly membership plans. We want a true closer, someone who sells really well and brings in results.
Pay - $18.42/hour guaranteed base pay as a draw against commission - 100% commission on the first month of every plan you sell - Plans are $300, $450, and $900 per month, so you earn $300, $450, or $900 per signup - Commission is paid in two halves: 50% the first month and 50% the second month while the member stays subscribed - No cap on commission
What You'll Do - Canvass neighborhoods we assign you each week - Present Steward's membership plans to homeowners at the door - Close and sign up new members - Track your doors, conversations, and signups
What We're Looking For - Serious door-to-door, in-home, or field sales experience with a proven closing record (solar, security, pest control, roofing, windows, etc.) - Tell us your numbers: monthly sales, close rate, best month - Confident, professional, and comfortable selling to high-end homeowners - Reliable, self-motivated, and hungry to earn - Available 3 to 5 days per week
