Job Description This position serves as the Global Freight Forwarding (GFF) Solutions and Implementation Manager, supporting the development and execution of customized Freight Forwarding solutions for Healthcare customers. A strong understanding of Global Freight Forwarding operations is essential, as the individual will partner closely with Sales to design tailored General Cargo and Cold Chain transportation solutions across both Air and Ocean freight services. Following the successful award of business, the role requires exceptional program management capabilities to lead end-to-end implementation activities and ensure the seamless onboarding of new customers. The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering a positive customer experience, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving the successful launch and operational stabilization of new business opportunities Qualifications Strong Project Management Skills – Required Global Freight Forwarding experience – Required Knowledge of Cold Chain Pharma to build custom Healthcare Solutions – Required Additional Criteria Job Grade: 303 Shift: Monday – Friday. Flexibility is required to support operational needs and communicate with international stakeholders as needed. Location: Remote. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,600/year to $231,084/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
