Build a Mortgage Business, Not Just a Loan Book

Are you a Mortgage Loan Officer who knows you're capable of producing more?

We're looking for self-generating Mortgage Loan Officers who want to build a sustainable, referral-based business and develop a repeatable system for generating consistent production.

This opportunity is designed for Loan Officers who are serious about building relationships, developing referral partnerships, and growing their personal brand.

You'll receive direct mentorship from a top-producing Scotsman Guide originator , along with proven strategies, coaching, accountability, and operational support designed to help you increase production and build a long-term business.

This Is Not a Desk-Only Job

Success in this position requires an active approach to business development.

Approximately:

• 50% of your time will be spent in the office
• 50% of your time will be spent in the field developing relationships and referral partnerships

You'll focus on building relationships with:

• Realtors
• Homebuilders
• Financial advisors
• Other referral partners

Loan Officers shouldn't have to spend their days chasing paperwork.

Our processing team is designed to allow you to spend more time developing business and less time managing files.

Processors:

• Proactively work loan files
• Communicate directly with borrowers
• Collect and follow up on outstanding conditions
• Help keep files moving toward closing

This allows Loan Officers to stay focused on sales, relationships, and business development .

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for Loan Officers who are:

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originators
• Currently producing approximately 2–5 loans per month, or have proven mortgage sales experience
• Self-motivated and coachable
• Strong relationship builders
• Comfortable developing their own referral business
• Willing to spend time both in the office and in the field
• Serious about building a long-term mortgage career

Candidates should have an active mortgage license or at least 2 years of proven sales experience.
