This part‑time Registered Nurse position (with potential to grow to full time) gives you the freedom to build a caseload that fits your lifestyle while doing the work you love—helping clients remain safe and supported in their homes. • Competitive pay: $45 - $65 per hour (depending on experience) • Flexible scheduling — you design your caseload • Opportunity to grow as our brand‑newoffice expands • Ongoing RN training, mentorship, and professional development • Collaborative, supportive leadership that values your input • A great fit for new graduate RNs, first‑time RNs, semi‑retired nurses, and experienced clinicians As a Home Care RN, you’ll ensure clients receive exceptional care in the place they feel most comfortable — home. Your responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining individualized client care plans • Completing supervisory visits and in‑home assessments • Monitoring client condition and recommending care adjustments • Providing hands‑on caregiver training • Ensuring caregiver competency with delegated tasks • Reassessing clients every 90 days or sooner if needed • Documenting changes in condition and updating care plans • Communicating clearly with clients, families, and the care team ABOUT GRISWOLD: With over 200 locations across 31 states, Griswold is one of the country’s top home care companies, providing and referring professional, compassionate Caregivers around the clock.
