Myles Thoroughgood has over 30 years of experience in the Dance and Entertainment industry as a Dance Educator, Choreographer, Director, Writer, Actor and Dancer.
As a Dance Educator Myles has taught and adjudicated for several national dance conventions.

The Founding Director of the Interactive Academy of Performing Arts ( iAPA) School of Dance proving online arts training worldwide.

Myles Thoroughgood has been creating movement for every medium and a variety of venues since his debut as choreographer for The Disney Channel. Many successful artists, including Christina Aguilera, Ryan Gosling, Keri Russel, Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake, shared their first television series experience under Myles ‘choreographic direction.

Five seasons, over 300 production numbers and music videos later, Thoroughgood’s experience with young performers reverberated to other top-rated television shows for Nickelodeon, TLC/Discovery Network and Sesame Workshop.

On stage, Thoroughgood has directed and choreographed many shows and has added his distinctive style to more than thirty Central Florida musical theater productions.
He is a Creative Consultant for Disney World and directs projects regularly for Nickelodeon Entertainment Experience at resorts, theme parks and on cruise lines internationally.

Dozens of corporate clients have utilized Myles’ expertise to give their commercials and conventions the focus, energy and entertainment value they deserve. Thoroughgood choreographed for Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede and Pirates Voyage, and for four consecutive years choreographed Opening Ceremonies for the National Association of Home Builders, one of the largest conventions in the world. The spectrum of people Myles works with range from the most seasoned celebrity to novice performer. Across the board, he strives to succeed in bringing a creative vision and a spirit of collaboration to every project.
